Good food, delivery was slow

I ordered a trial box of the beef dog food recipes for my beagle. The food itself seemed really high quality; my dog loved it and had no stomach issues transitioning. The portions were good for him. However, the delivery took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for fresh food. Packaging was great though, everything was still cold. I'd consider subscribing for the convenience, but they could improve on shipping speed.

Excellent quality, minor website issue

I decided to try PawFoods for my senior dog, ordering a few different senior dog food meals and a bag of dehydrated dog treats. The ordering process was mostly smooth, but finding the specific senior meal options within the different protein types took a little digging on the site. Once ordered, delivery to my apartment in Seattle was quicker than expected, arriving in about 4 days. The food itself is clearly human-grade; it looked and smelled fresh, and my dog, who usually has a sensitive stomach, transitioned without any problems. He really enjoyed the salmon dog food recipes. The dehydrated treats were also a hit. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about pausing my subscription, which is a nice feature. Overall, good value for the quality, just a small tweak to the website navigation would make it perfect.

They use human-grade stuff, so in theory, yes. I wouldn't recommend it for yourself, but it's supposed to be made with ingredients safe for human consumption.

I tried that once, and it didn't work. Usually, it's one promo code per order, especially for the big first-time discounts. The subscription discount automatically applies, though.

Mine usually takes about 3-5 days to get to Florida once it ships. They send you tracking info.
